Contor, Krames, Crayne lead Bulldog swimmers

SANDPOINT — Sophomore Madison Contor won the 100 breaststroke and the 100 butterfly to lead the Bulldog girls, who fell 45-38 to Coeur d’Alene in a swimming dual on Wednesday at the Sandpoint West Athletic Club.

Alex Krames (200 free) and Shanna Crayne (400 free) also picked up wins for the Bulldog girls, while Kaitlin Wallis (3rd in 200 free), Cassidy Story (3rd in 100 breast, 4th in 200 free), Amanda Jordan (4th in 400 free), Genevieve Price (4th in 100 back) and Nikole Alamillo (4th in 100 back) earned top five finishes for the Bulldogs.

Calvin Aerni (3rd in the 100 free), Ben Reich (5th in the 100 free) and Jacob Sweezy (4th in the 100 breast) notched top five finishes for the Bulldog boys.

Sandpoint hosts Post Falls next Wednesday in the final dual of the season.
