Bonner County voters have a clear choice in selecting our next commissioner for District 3. Cary Kelly is that choice.

As a former law enforcement background investigator, I based my investigations on a well-known premise: “No one can accurately predict the future behavior of a person, however, the best predictor of future behavior is past behavior.”

Cary Kelly’s past behavior includes:

1. Outstanding career as a marine officer and naval aviator.

2. Incredible administration of the Bonner County Sheriff’s Marine Patrol, which became a model for other countries.

3. Excellent marriage to his wife, Mona, for 49 years.

4. Spoils his dog, Joy, more than I spoil my grandkids.
