Will history repeat itself with Hull?

| October 28, 2012 7:00 AM

Will past history repeat itself with Tevis Hull?

• In 1994, Prosecutor Hull showed professional misconduct by extending personal favors to an accused murderer, Darryl Kuehl. This misconduct was so egregious that the Attorney General’s Office had to take over the case, costing Bonner County $60,000.

• In 1995, Prosecutor Hull failed to follow through with charges on the Higgins brothers, who shot and wounded a deputy.

• In January 1996, Bonner County law enforcement votes “no confidence” in Prosecutor Hull.

Hull’s lack of prosecutorial ethics and maturity continue, showing history does truly repeat itself.

The citizens of Bonner County deserve a professional, ethical and mature Prosecutor. Louis Marshall will protect the citizens and their rights within Bonner County ensuring justice is delivered in a fair, unbiased fashion.

We encourage you to research the records and make an informed decision.
