Kids, parents should pay for the damage

To the knuckleheads who sprayed their graffiti on the new bypass footings — thanks for nothing.

While going into the marina from the lake, there it is in all its distaste. I think there should be some parents who should be footing the bill for the cleanup and kids who need some special time with community service.
