Tax is unnecessary, unwanted burden

I am all for supporting the community, but as a new retiree, the local option tax would be putting unneeded and unwanted burden on not only me but I am sure others in the county.

If the two cites want to continue down that path they should at least consider the county’s rural population’s view/opinion come November. If the bill is passed I will have to start shopping else where.
