WALLACE — Wyatt Stevens shot a 107, good enough for 13th place among 37 boys, to lead the Clark Fork golf team on Friday at the Wallace Invitational.

Keanu Dooley shot a 118 (22nd), Nyk Jones a 147, Wyatt Debenderfer a 128 and Marcus Franck a 138 to round out the Wampus Cat boys scores.

Tessa Vogel shot 135 and Mary Dick 137 to lead the Clark Fork girls, good enough for 6th and 7th place, respectively, among 13 girls competing.

“Excellent play from Wyatt Stevens, and Mary shaved close to 50 strokes off last year’s score,” said Cats head coach K.C. MacDonald, whose team played its first official 18 hole round of the season. “I’m happy with all scores and great attitudes.”

Clark Fork is at Circling Raven on April 22.
