Photographer was a man well worth knowing

Patrick Orton was an extreme photographer, a world traveler, and a young man worth knowing.

Since childhood, Patrick’s mischievous smile and daredevil ways captivated all of us. Patrick was comfortable flying off to exotic places pursuing God-only-knew-what, because he was grounded in the love of his family: Kristina, George Liam, Chika and Elena.

The loss of this precious soul, this charismatic character, this devoted son, is beyond earthly cognition. I would like the world to know that this astonishing person was a part of my family and his short life will always be remembered as a brilliant light that passed too soon … a shooting star.
