Locals qualify for Hershey's North State track meet

SANDPOINT — A host of local youth track and field athletes qualified for the Hershey’s North State meet on Saturday, June 29 at 10 a.m. at the Lakeland High School track in Rathdrum.

The top three finishers in each event at the Sandpoint meet are automatically qualified to compete at the state meet, with a chance to qualify for the national meet in Hershey, Pa.

Anyone who wished to compete is asked to arrive early to check in.
