End tax slavery, vote no on levy

| March 8, 2013 6:00 AM

Bonner County and Sandpoint population decrease equals less students and equals more in property tax per year and tax becomes permanent requiring no further votes.

We are tax slaves to “public employees” and especially the subversive teachers union. They demand, we pay or bad things will happen to the “children,” fear mongering Obama degenerates. So putting money to this: average teacher salary, LPOSD, is $39,677; add 35 percent for bennies — equals $53,563.95. Those paying tax earn minimum wage, $7.25 on 30-hour week — equals $10,875, no bennies. Per capita income, LPOSD, is $18,246, no bennies and renters is $20,109, limited bennies; thus those paying earn less than teachers.

We’re being hammered by out-of-control Sandpoint City Council and Bonner County commissioners with excessive taxes, fees and the corrupt state government is going to add another property tax hit.

Vote “no” on March 12.
