Investment will pay off in many ways

As an educator, mother, and taxpayer, I am writing to express my support for the LPOSD levy on March 12.

While I understand the amount of investment we are asking from our community with the passage of this levy, I also see the value in it.

I am a teacher in an LPOSD classroom; therefore, I have the privilege to see our investment at work every day. From our students receiving rewards at the Lionel Hampton Jazz Festival, to participating in math competitions at the University of Idaho College of Engineering, all the way to winning state championships: our students are earning this investment and representing it, and our community, to perfection.

I would encourage every community member to come visit our schools; sit in our classrooms, and see your investment doing its great work.
