Diercks selected as top volunteer
SANDPOINT— The Greater Sandpoint Chamber of Commerce has honored Kim Diercks as the organization’s volunteer of the month.
Chamber officials said Diercks, Panhandle State Bank human resources generalist, was named the chamber’s top volunteer for her service to our community and many of our non-profit organizations.
“Her positive attitude and willingness to jump right in has impacted the lives of many individuals in our community,” said chamber spokesman Mack Deibel.
Diercks has lived in the community for more than 10 years and is currently a board member for the Greater Sandpoint Chamber of Commerce and Pend Oreille Arts Council. She also is former president of the Kinderhaven board of directors.
In addition, Diercks was instrumental and very involved with the formation of Powered by Community, Panhandle State Bank’s non-profit and community-oriented education and advocacy efforts.
