Feist, Rosholt earn MMA wins

CLINTON, OKLAHOMA — A pair of former Sandpoint state champion and college wrestlers picked up wins at the recent C3 Mixed Martial Arts Championship fights at Lucky Star Casino in Oklahoma.

Heavyweight Jared Rosholt, who wrestled at Oklahoma State, ran his record to 6-1 with a unanimous decision win over Bobby Brents in the main event.

Chris Feist, who wrestled at Portland State before joining Jake and Jared Rosholt on Team Takedown Fighters, kept his record perfect at 6-0 with a first round submission of Zac Kelley (11-12).

Both fighters will look to return to the cage soon. Jake Rosholt, who broke his hand in his last fight, does not have any future fights scheduled.
