Gunter, Ray are best picks for library board

Vote for Wayne Gunter and Gloria Ray for library trustees.

I am a former library board member, having served in the ’90s when Wayne Gunter and Gloria Ray were both working there. I served as chairman of the board during the period when we were negotiating the purchase of the current library property and designing the new building.

I had close contact with them both during the five years I was on the board. They both displayed extraordinary skills, both as librarians and administrators.

I have the highest respect for them personally and professionally and strongly support them for the positions they run for. Their knowledge and integrity are exceptional and they will work hard for the benefit of the library district, personnel, and community.
