Chamber talk takes look at customer service
SANDPOINT — The Greater Sandpoint Chamber of Commerce has partnered with best-selling author and national speaker Tony Rubleski to bring an exceptional workshop to the Sandpoint area.
“Exceptional Mind Capture Customer Service,” which will be held Friday, Nov. 15, from 8:30-10 a.m. is hosted by the Ponderay Events Center, 401 Bonner Mall Way. Tony Rubleski, president of Mind Capture Group, helps businesses, sales professionals and entrepreneurs move beyond ordinary marketing, to a much higher level of bonding with clients. He has more than 10 years’ experience in the direct selling and advertising fields and has worked with a diverse client list.
“Delivering good customer service shouldn’t require a focus group or study by Harvard Business Review magazine,” said Tony Rubleski. “Great customer service makes dollars and common sense for every business to strive for, especially when getting new and repeat business is the lifeblood of every organization.”
In this dynamic, engaging, and timely session, attendees will discover many things they need to know — including the key characteristics of today’s customer, five simple, yet highly effective, ways to improve customer service and good and bad customer service examples and the powerful lessons they leave.
“Tony has proven and effective ways to stay in touch with your best clients and will explain why it takes years to earn trust and business and only seconds to lose it,” said Mack Deibel of the Greater Sandpoint Chamber of Commerce. “Lastly, attendees will be let in on the number one sin they must avoid in your marketing that directly impacts the customer experience.”
Rubleski’s book, “MIND CAPTURE: How to Generate New and Repeat Business in the Age of Advertising Overload”, has been featured in Bottom Line personal magazine, The Detroit Free Press and the FOX Television news network. In addition, he has spoken at many chamber of commerce and business groups throughout the United States.
