Speeding motorists are the real problem

I heard that Sandpoint Police are ticketing dog owners for dogs being off-leash. I can comply with this. 

However, a bigger public safety issue exists throughout the town — residential speeders. People drive 10-15 miles per hour over the limit on my street; you would think it’s another Sandpoint bypass. Plus, we were just designated as a local bicycle corridor. Just about every street in Sandpoint has “slow down” signs nailed to trees.

I humbly request that more time/money be put into busting speeding humans rather than canines.
