Just who do we want to control our lands?

Sorry for the confusion — I am all for Idahoans controlling their own public lands for the betterment of all its citizens. But what entities are we talking about, big business that want to exploit our land for short term profit or fourth-generation Idahoans, such as me, who want to protect, preserve and manage the public lands for the long term.
