Dufenhorst drops in eagle to lead Bulldog golfers

COEUR d’ALENE — Freshman Max Toenjes shot an 80 for his lowest varsity round, but it was Dylan Dufenhorst who hit the shot of the day, leading the Sandpoint golf team to a sixth place finish on Monday at the Lake City Invitational at Coeur d’Alene Public.

Dufenhorst holed a wedge from 110 yards out for an eagle on the par 4 No. 13 hole, en route to an 88, one of three Bulldog boys to break 90.
