Solar panel efficiency depends on slopes

Placing solar panels in the road is a fun and fanciful idea, but a ludicrous idea. Any grant money spent to further the idea would be a tremendous waste of our tax dollars.

There are at least three things we know about photovoltaic technology which are applicable to the viability of placing panels in roadways.
