Pact preserves angler access

SANDPOINT — A popular stretch of the Little Salmon River will be accessible for the spring salmon season thanks to an agreement with a Bonner County man who owns land in Riggins.

The only “catch,” according to the Idaho Department Fish & Game, is that anglers have to be on their best behavior.
