Sundquist to play soccer at Skagit Valley College

SANDPOINT — After posting 15 shutouts in the past two seasons and helping lead her team to a state soccer championship as a senior, Sandpoint’s Makayla Sundquist will be taking her game to the next level, signing a letter of intent on Thursday to play soccer next season at Skagit Valley College.
Sundquist, who also played basketball and currently starts for the softball team, is excited to continue playing soccer at the collegiate level, and enjoyed the campus on her visit.
