Governor brings capital north to Bonners Ferry

With a loud whistle, Idaho Gov. C.L. “Butch” Otter called Boundary County residents and representatives to order Friday, April 25 for Boundary County’s “Capital for a Day.”

Otter visited Bonners Ferry for the first Capital for a Day in 2007. “We heard 68 issues last time,” he told attendees at Friday’s event, “and we solved 64 of them that day!”
