Cut administrative staff, hire more caregivers

The main problem with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, as with most government bureaucracies, is to much administration. I believe most of the VA’s problems could be solved it the VA would reduce its’ administrative staff by at least 40 percent and use the money saved to hire more caregivers to serve the veterans.
