SANDPOINT — Military service veterans in Bonner County don’t have to navigate the sea of red tape on their own when sorting through Veterans Affairs issues.

Osborn, himself a disabled veteran, negotiated through his VA matters on his own, unaware that there was somebody out there who could help guide him the VA bureaucracy.
