Hearing waived in voyeurism case

SANDPOINT — A California teen accused of video voyeurism waived his right Wednesday to a preliminary hearing.
Matthew Dean Weber’s waiver amounts to tacit agreement that the prosecution has enough evidence to justify a trial on two felony counts of video voyeurism.
