Selkirk Association of Realtors honors Nolan as year's best

Each year, the Selkirk Association of Realtors honors one of its members with the Realtor of the Year award based on that person’s involvement with the association and the community.

This year’s recipient is Julie Nolan of Keller Williams Sandpoint.

Nolan began her real estate career in 2001 by joining Prudential California Realty, where she remains active. In 2007, Julie obtained her Idaho license and became an agent at Keller Williams Sandpoint.

“To me, being a Realtor is not about one transaction,” Nolan said. “It’s about building lasting client relationships through mutual respect, trust and communication.”
