It’s a holiday tradition with an open-door policy, and all are welcome to step inside.
The North Idaho Bed and Breakfast Association’s annual Christmas Open House Tour takes place from noon to 5 p.m. Sunday, with five bed and breakfasts participating this year.
“We do this as a thank-you to the community for sending friends and families to us to stay with us when they’re visiting,” said Tina Hough, co-owner of The Roosevelt Inn in Coeur d’Alene, a regular on the association’s Christmas tour.
