Meeting smacks of 'railroading' by LPOW

In a move that can be called many things, none of them good, the Sandpoint mayor convened a meeting on oil and coal trains last week to which only a few chosen public and elected officials along with folks from environmentalist organizations were invited. We, the citizens, were not, and the mayor actually told a citizen to leave when he tried to attend.
