What was really the point of BCHRTF ad?

On Friday, Dec. 5, the Bonner County Human Rights Task Force paid for a full page ad in the Daily Bee.

After reading this ad, I came away with the impression that it could have been written by the city of Sandpoint and/or its police department. (Could they somehow have been complicit in its composition?)

This ad is a disgrace and I have to ask the task force, just how much did this ad cost you and do you really have that much money to throw away?
