Policy Analysis Group needs to finish the job

I just read the Policy Analysis Group report regarding the transfer of federal lands to Idaho. This report is so flawed that I can only imagine this was done on purpose. It’s fundamentally hobbled by the limitation of its scope and if taken as complete would bias the Daily Bee reader to think that it would be difficult for the state of Idaho to successfully profit from the transfer — not true.
