MCC brings Christmas to area families

HOPE — The word “hope” means a lot more to the Memorial Community Center than just the name of a town.

For 30 years, hope, along with Christmas presents, food, and clothes, is what the Center has been providing to families from the Pack River flats to the Montana border.

“When I got involved, it was strictly with food,” Memorial Community Center board president Gayla Hatfield said. “It only grew from there, and it’s pretty impressive. There’s nothing else like this in our community.”
