Idaho needs to have an anti-SLAPP law

It’s getting harder to have political differences in North Idaho without someone threatening to sue over political differences. In some instances, these threats are just that, threats wherein people either have no intention of pursuing litigation or they have no legal grounds for such action. In either case, such suits are used for their intimidation value to silence opposition to their causes or candidates.
