Reconstitution needed to solve our problems

America is in the same situation that Captain Sully had with double engine failure. Both political parties are useless. Getting them to work together is no solution. We need to reconstitute, not should we. We must find our Hudson River. We have lost our engines.
For starters, we must eliminate Congress. It is our basic problem. We need a national electronic referendum and some kind of executive operation that eliminates personal self-interest. Give the job to the high school civic classes to come up with a new constitution for real self-government. Today’s Congress is useless and more like a corpse. It is brain dead. Let’s bury it and politics in the same grave.
