BCSSAR sets record straight on service

I would like to set the record straight as to the relationship between the Bonner County Sheriff’s Office and Bonner County Sheriff Search & Rescue. The sheriff is telling people that the BCSSAR unit has “quit” volunteering their services to the sheriff office, and when asked why he replies “ask them.”
BCSSAR has never quit, stopped, denied, terminated, or refused to offer volunteer services to the sheriff’s office or this community.
