Idaho needs to follow Washington's decision

Recently, the Washington Department of Ecology announced it will include the impacts of train traffic in its evaluation of a proposed coal export terminal in Longview, Wash.
This is great news for people in Northwest communities, where up to 40 more coal trains a day (20 full and 20 empty) could start rumbling by if the Longview and other port terminal projects are approved.
