Party affiliation deadline nears

SANDPOINT — The Bonner County Clerk’s Office is reminding voters that they have until March 14 to resolve any second thoughts about their political party affiliation.

That’s the last day for a voter currently registered with a party to change their party affiliation or become unaffiliated.

The deadline is part of Idaho’s shift to a closed Republican primary.
