Congress must end presidential decrees

It’s time Congress does something to control “King” Barack Obama’s enactment of laws by presidential decree.

It may be proper for President Obama to enact laws by executive order pertaining to the creation of national holidays, national observances and etc. It’s NOT acceptable that he enacts laws by executive order pertaining to constitutional liberties, taxes and spending or immigration reform and other matters of this type without congressional approval. This is usurping congressional authority and must stop.
