Kiebert shines in defeat
SELKIRK — Lyndsie Kiebert continued her scoring surge, pouring in 18 points to go with five rebounds and three steals, but Clark Fork fell 45-29 to Selkirk in a road loss on Tuesday night.
Annie Wurm added six points and Callie Potter three assists for the Wampus Cats (0-10), who are still looking for consistency.
“We played good at times, just not consistent enough yet,” said Cats head coach Mark Stevens, lauding the play of Kiebert, who has made 14 of her last 17 free throws. “She’s very aggressive offensively, not just relying on the 3-point shots.”
Clark Fork hosts Cusick on Thurday.
