Why is there money for wolves but not schools?

Gov. C.L. “Butch” Otter and Idaho legislators seem to have no problem coming up with funds or ideas to eradicate Idaho’s wolves … yet when it comes to education and medical care for Idaho’s youth and people in need, there seems to be no funding or proactive results available.
