Where is line between phony and obvious?

The Obama administration and his gullible followers in the Democrat Party want us to believe that the many scandals resulting from Obama’s supposed “leadership” are nothing more than “phony scandals.” Lois Lerner’s missing e-mails are supposedly a “phony scandal.” Benghazi is supposedly a “phony scandal.” Fast and Furious was supposedly a “phony scandal.” And on and on.
