City debates traffic plan

SANDPOINT — The Sandpoint City Council meeting 5:30 p.m. tonight at City Hall will be key to determining the future of local transportation.
In the effort to regain control of streets managed by Idaho Transportation Department as part of the highway system, city officials will consider converting Fifth Avenue between Pine and Cedar streets to two-way traffic.
