How are large trucks going to navigate city?

Dear Sandpoint City Council and Mayor Carrie Logan:

I don’t enjoy being a dark cloud hovering around your sunny new traffic plan for the downtown streets, but I must say I am deeply skeptical of the functionality of your proposal. Smooth traffic movement cannot happen without proper allowances for large truck operations. A vibrant downtown business district cannot possibly exist without delivery trucks providing the service needed to sustain a supply stream to those local businesses.
