Woman sipped beer after arrest

SANDPOINT — A Bonner County woman accused of battering law officers and people inside the Panida Theater Friday managed to slip her handcuffs and crack a beer en route to the jail.

Staci Anne Spence is charged with three misdemeanor counts of battery on a law officer, simple battery and possession of marijuana.
