Why no response to contempt citation?

I became curious about the House of Representatives committee holding Lois Lerner in contempt of Congress. I wondered what happens now. After some research, I found it goes something like this:
After the contempt citation is issued, it goes to the U.S. Attorney who is in charge of the District of Columbia area. He decides whether to take it to the grand jury. If he decides to take it to the grand jury and they indict her, it is then sent to the U.S. Attorney General’s office. There, the assistant U.S. Attorney handling grand jury matters decides whether to file charges or not.
