AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF DOVER, A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF THE STATE OF IDAHO, ESTABLISHING A SHORT TITLE, DEFINITIONS AND CLASSES OF SERVICE; DEFINING METER SIZES AND ACCURACY; CHARGING NEW USER FACILITY FEES; DEFINING AUXILIARY DWELLING UNITS; DESCRIBING WATER RATES AND FIRE PROTECTION RATES; OPERATION OF FIRE HYDRANTS; PROVIDING TEMPORARY WATER SERVICE; ESTABLISHING UNUSUAL DEMANDS AND APPLICATIONS FOR WATER SERVICE; PROVIDING FOR WATER MAIN EXTENSIONS AND SERVICES CONNECTIONS; NOTICES, BILLING AND PAYMENTS; DELINQUENT ACCOUNTS; DISCONTINUING AND RESTORING SERVICE; CREATING POLICY FOR WATER ADJUSTMENT; PROVIDING FOR UPDATES TO THE RATE SCHEDULE, PENALTIES, SUSPENSION OF THE RULES, EASEMENTS; REPEALING ORD. NO. 105; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
