Not above the law.

I am writing in response to the May 9, 2014, article, “Trooper facing felony charges.”

While the majority of my face-to-face interactions with ISP troopers have been positive, always representing themselves and the ISP professionally, this article erodes my confidence in the screening process set by the state to avoid hiring people with no scruples.
