Why are officials forcing views on people?

I am writing in response to the Lake Pend Oreille Alliance letter sent to homeowners concerning the lowering of the water level in our “natural” surrounding bodies of water. Just because Obama thinks he has the power to do what he wants, when he wants, with no regard for the Constitution or what is right for the people but fundamentally only for the bottom dollar. Why is this same agenda occurring locally?

How can the Army Corps of Engineers, Bonneville Power Association and Kalispel Tribe have the power to decide these issues in disregard to the “water rights certificate established in 1927-1928” for the good of the people? A question that I have is not only about the power that these agencies have but who elects or appoints them? I know who pays their salaries and quite frankly I’m getting tired of feeding them and getting bit in return.
