Show God we care, end sport fishing

It was good to see some people have a soft heart as shown by Dr. Robin Helm’s letter in the Daily Bee about the cruelty that dairy cows suffer and the wish to have this stopped.

However, compare this with a recent guest opinion about the “joys of fishing.” Sport fishing has got to be one of the cruelest things you can do to a living creature. It is no different than cock fighting or bullfighting where the “joy” is the trauma and fight to death.
