Court affirms sentence in voyeurism case

SANDPOINT — The Idaho Court of Appeals is upholding a district judge’s decision not to grant leniency to a Sandpoint man imprisoned for video voyeurism.

Josef James Lee Senesac was charged with video voyeurism and aggravated assault in August 2012. He was accused of using a mobile phone to take pictures of a 59-year-old woman using a restroom on Cedar Street Bridge.
