Comfort Keepers of North Idaho receives honors

| March 4, 2014 6:00 AM

Comfort Keepers of North Idaho has been recognized with Home Care Pulse’s “2014 Provider of Choice” distinction for the third year in a row.

Comfort Keepers of North Idaho is now ranked among a select few of the best in-home care agencies in the country with a combined average of 93-percent client satisfaction and 86-percent employee satisfaction for all 2013.

“It is often difficult for families to make informed in-home care decisions for their loved ones when they don’t have specific experience with a care giving agency. Our goal is to provide families with the ability to make an informed decision by objectively measuring quality and helping them find a care giving agency that is committed to achieving excellence,” commented Aaron Marcum, founder of Home Care Pulse.
