Information is critical to understanding IBD

“I’m feeling a bit overwhelmed, guilty, lost, stuck, clueless, helpless, uninformed, sad and any other negative emotion that could take one’s happiness hostage,” a woman wrote on the forum pages of the Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation of America’s website.

She explained that she has a family history of Inflammatory Bowel Disease and is now dealing with all three of her children showing symptoms as well.
